Consultation and acceptance
Every custom project begins with a request and review. Cali Summer may accept, decline, or recommend a different approach based on fit, capacity, timing, content, risk, and requirements.
Written scope controls
The written scope or proposal controls the accepted service, price, payment schedule, timeline, included revisions, deliverables, file formats, source-file terms, printing responsibilities, accessibility requirements, and any rush charges. Website examples and starting prices do not override approved written terms.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate, complete, authorized content and timely feedback. Clients must have the right to use all text, images, logos, data, and other materials they provide.
Revisions and changes
Included revisions are defined in the written scope. New content, changed direction, expanded pages, new functionality, or requests outside the approved scope may require a change order, new timeline, or added fee.
Files, confidentiality, and protected data
Do not send protected information through the public form or ordinary email. If a project needs sensitive source material, an appropriate transfer method and handling expectations must be confirmed first. Final and editable file delivery is governed by the written scope.
Website projects
Website package prices cover the described informational scope. Domain registration, hosting, and third-party subscriptions are separate unless the written proposal says otherwise. The proposal identifies the platform, ownership and administrative access, content responsibilities, launch arrangements, revisions, and any continuing support. Online stores, bookings, payment features, integrations, and ongoing updates require a separate quote.
Pricing
The website’s public starting prices were reviewed September 28, 2026. Custom quotes and signed project terms remain authoritative for the individual project.
