Cali Summer Graphic Design is a division of Duke2 Innovations, LLC. Duke2 Innovations, LLC is the legal owner and is responsible for information submitted through this website.
Information we collect
When you submit the project-request form, we collect the contact information, organization, project details, budget range, timing, referral source, and consent information you provide. We also record basic referral and campaign values included in the page address so the request can be tracked and followed up consistently.
How information is used
We use submitted information to evaluate the request, communicate with you, prepare a written scope or quote, coordinate approved work, maintain service records, and improve our intake process. We do not sell project-request information.
Form processing and retention
Website submissions are processed through the approved Duke2 Innovations contact workflow and its form-delivery provider. Information may be retained in business records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage an approved project, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or document business activity.
Protected information
Do not use the website form or ordinary email to send confidential medical, student, financial, personally identifying, or other protected information. If a project is accepted and files are needed, Cali Summer will identify an appropriate transfer method after review.
Your choices
